To every woman daring to dream in today’s world—BRICC is for you.
BRICC was never supposed to happen—and that’s exactly why it had to. No grant. No seed funding. No roadmap. Just a woman with a story, a spark, and the belief that if no one was going to build a space for us, we’d build it ourselves. Born in 2018, BRICC has always championed the untraditional path—because it’s the disruptors, the dreamers, and the “unreasonable women” who shape the future. And make no mistake: this moment in time was made for us.
Today, the numbers are sobering. Women are receiving less career support, fewer promotions, and falling behind in emerging skills like AI. Corporate DEI is being deprioritized. Burnout is surging. And for Black and Brown women, these gaps are even wider. But we’ve never waited for the system to catch up—we create what we need to thrive.
BRICC is a movement built by women who go first.
Through our signature programs—like the Grow with Google Career Scholarships, our Experiential Leadership & Mentorship Accelerator, and the candid community of our Woman 2 Woman series—we’re creating access, impact, and community at the speed of bold vision.
As we usher in a new chapter of impact, the notion of the “unreasonable woman” is more relevant than ever. BRICC is where she can commune, grow, and move with purpose—to live a life that is happy and free.
For the women who don’t know what first step to take in 2026, here it is — Bury Dead Yesterdays (a nod to the first book I opened this year). The past is one thing that trips up the best of us. The constant mulling, should-haves, and could-haves can put us in a chokehold that stalls growth and kills ambition. Don’t get it twisted—the operations executive in me loves a good retrospective, but only in the spirit of continuous improvement. Put your past, missteps, hard lessons, and winding journey to work. You’ve amassed a ton of data—analyze it, and leverage it for your future.
