COVID-19 has disrupted the personal and professional lives of every human in the US and has further magnified two points:

  • Firstly, women in the workplace are essential, literally.

  • And secondly, the socio-economic, healthcare, and wealth disparities that affect people of color are fatal flaws severely impacting the US.

One of three jobs held by women is deemed essential, and minority women are more likely to be performing essential jobs than anyone else. And if they aren’t on the frontlines, minorities, especially women, are losing their jobs at a higher rate than others.

Here to help, The BRICC Foundry has listed companies looking to hire right now, including highly sought after remote positions.
