Seeking mentorship and disruptive business experience? #StartWithUs at The BRICC Foundry. We have launched the first iteration of our BRICC Learning Hub — available to anyone for free. The site provides tools and resources for self-development, skill transformation, & polishing your digital presence. And it’s still growing!

Leading the charge is Dayton, Ohio native, Lauren Satterfield. Lauren has worked for AT&T for nearly a decade. Starting in retail sales and matriculating to communication management , she leveraged her presence to elevate without boundaries personally and professionally.

Assisting clients with music festivals to social media takeovers to immersive brand experiences, her success is seeded in unlocking her authentic presence, the power of intention & transformation through continuous learning. Earning her undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Lauren specialized in Marketing at The Ohio State University. She went on to receive her MBA from Georgia Southern University in 2017. Practicing what she preaches, Lauren is continuing her studies at the University of Southern California Annenberg School of Communication and Journalism. She will graduate with a master’s in communications management later this year.

Celebrated by her peers and community, Lauren has been awarded several honors: AT&T Brand Voice Nominee, W.E. Carter Chair in Business Administration Award, AT&T Silver Summit Award, & Who’s Who in Black Columbus (Ohio) Emerging Leader.

Shaped by her unique career path, Lauren decided to launch The BRICC Foundry as a direct response to the staggering underrepresentation & uneven playing field that affects women in business, startups & tech spaces.

Weekly, Lauren dedicates 10+ hours to 1:1 coaching, free resume reviews, and providing resources to those in need. Her mentees are gaining real world experience and building their portfolio with executive guidance.

Working for a Fortune 50 company like AT&T has afforded me access to professional development, skills assessments, and training programs not accessible to many women of color and underrepresented women. It’s my passion to share these opportunities along with my expertise to help women refine their talents, purpose and passion. And we’re just getting started!
